Invitation to Bid: 2025 Chevrolet Traverse LT

Northeast Iowa Community College will be accepting bids for the purchase of a 2025 Chevrolet Traverse LT. Enclosed you will find the Sale Conditions, Bid Specifications and Dealer Bid Form. The College reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of vehicles to be purchased under the same terms and conditions included herein.

Sealed bids are due in the District Office by 2:00 p.m. on April 30th. Sealed bids must be sent to Michelle Buddenberg at the address below. Bids addressed to other college personnel at other college locations will not be considered and will be returned, unopened, to the vendor.

2025 or Newer Heavy Duty 1 Ton 4-Wheel Drive Pickup

Northeast Iowa Community College will be accepting bids for the purchase of one (1) 2025 or newer, heavy duty 1 ton 4-wheel drive extended cab pickup truck (F-350 or equivalent), for the National Education Center for Agricultural Safety (NECAS). Northeast Iowa Community College is seeking bids for a diesel model of the specified truck and will only purchase one (1) vehicle based on the submitted quotes and available budget. Enclosed you will find the Sale Conditions, Bid Specifications and Dealer Bid Form for the truck.  

Sealed bids are due in the District Office by 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, April 24, 2025, and will be opened in the Board Room, Calmar campus, Calmar, Iowa. Sealed bids must be sent to Lexi Wagner at the following address.  Bids addressed to other college personnel at other college locations will not be considered and will be returned, unopened, to the vendor.
