Steps to Access Your Career Assessment and Schedule an Appointment:
- Login to Focus 2 (For Your Access Code*: Use mycareer)
- If your New to Focus 2?, select Create an Account.
- Enter Your Access Code*: Use mycareer to register and take the assessments.

As a new NICC student, you will have access to the Career & Transfer Hub, where you can get expert guidance, resources, and support as you enter the workforce or seamlessly transfer to a four-year university.
Entering the Workforce

- Connect with local employers through job shadowing, career fairs and internship opportunities.
Transferring after NICC
