Joni brings 17 years of education and student support experience to Career Services. A former K-12 teacher and NICC Student Services professional, she specializes in guiding transfer students. As a former undecided student herself, she understands the journey to finding a fulfilling career.

With over 28 years of experience in college student services, Chris is a dedicated leader in career development and academic advising. He knows firsthand that career paths aren’t always linear—having changed his major multiple times before finding his passion in student services. As Career Services Manager, he helps students explore their options, build career skills, and connect with meaningful opportunities.
