Managing Conflict: Respond, Don’t React
Maintaining a calm composure and not taking another persons’ message personally is advantageous when emotions are high. Learning to respond, rather than react is key to effectively responding to a conflict. In this interactive workshop students will:
- Explain how emotions may impact the interaction.
- List and explain the 7-step process of effectively handling difficult situations.
